The Inline Racing Institute was created in 2002 by Joe Hanna and Eric Licata as a means to bring greater skating instruction to the general public as well as the skating world. In 2007, Jorge Botero, Several Times World Champion and Colombian Skating Legend came on board as a director of the Institute and together with long time coach Joe Hanna, and the help of others have developed one of the best and most unique training programs in the world today! The Staff of IRI strives to bring forth the latest in technology, training ,and racing tactics.
